Norway Summer - Prelude

This summer I couldn't decide if I would go hiking or cycling, so did both. I had been cycling with Bart in Italy and now would go hiking for 2 weeks in Jotunheimen National Park, in the center of Norway. It has been really nice weather for the two weeks prior, but now the predictions only mentioned rain. The preparations went fast as, besides food, I already owned all the gear I needed. The only thing I bought was a map. Just like the previous winter I would first fly to Oslo. From there I would take a 3 hour train to get near the park and try to either find a bus or hitchhike north. Similar to most of my vacations, I wasn't super looking forward to the hardship yet, but that quickly changed after my departure.
